Jones completes $8M seed round

This brings the company's total funding to $8 million. Jones offers a software-as-a-service solution that automates and simplifies insurance certificate management for commercial real estate companies, streamlining workflows across facility management, leases, development, and construction. The funding will support Jones' rapid growth and help establish it as the industry standard for insurance compliance in commercial real estate. The platform has already been deployed in over 500 properties and thousands of vendors, growing at a rate of 20% month-on-month. Customers have experienced reduced liability exposures and a seamless user experience. Jones' success has been recognized by strategic investors like JLL Technologies, which has partnered with the startup to deploy its platform in hundreds of office and retail buildings.
